Ministry of Natural Resources, Energy and Mining comprises: Geological Survey Department, Department of Mines, Forestry Department, Environment Affairs Department, Climate Change and Meteorological Department, Energy Department and Parks and Wild Life Department.

Minister's Message

The Ministry of Natural Resources Energy and Mining exists to coordinate and facilitate participation of all stakeholders in the sustainable management of energy, Environment, Natural and Mineral Resource for socio-economic growth and development of Malawi. The development of this Web portal bears testimony to the Government’s endeavor to sharing information and reaching out to many.

It is my Ministry’s view that aspirations set out for the web portal shall be achieved through sharing, interacting and giving feedback to and from key stakeholders and the general public. For this reason, I call upon all you our valued customers to support the implementation of the MNREM’s web portal in any way possible.
